Support I didn t get level 30 from 29 test quest.

    Hello, i have the following problem: a few days ago, i finished my quest for level 30 but it didn t gave me the level, so the mission dissapeared and i was given the next mission (Desperate news- 556).For this mission i have to go in map 30 that i cannon access because of the bug.I tryed to search in the logbook to see if I was rewarded when i left that 30 test quest but I didn t found anything.I tryed to contact my support but they didn t helped me with anything. Please help me because i can t continue leveling up my ship. I will send you some pictures to see it.
