    i have a quest to board rosa maria but why i can't board this pirates? somebody have the answer?

    check you got a level 1 co-commander u find him in the tavern. secondly you must have pirates again in the tavern and finally pirate equiptment you find in the trader all you must have the commander you can get from lower quests free...
