I just tried twice to teleport and got this.

    I find no issue with the teleportation action item, if you have just logged on give it a moment and try again.

    Okay - I tried twice in a row, and the second time I had been on the water 5+ minutes. Maybe it is my laptop. Thanks, i will keep trying.
