    It would be nice to be able to obtain this hard-to-get item through maybe a new Scroll. I checked: none of the current scrolls offer it as a potential prize. Or maybe along the lines of the other posting in this section regarding the King's and Queen's Legacy. I do agree the Legacies should not be too easy to get. I don't want to be fighting players who have it for 800 days!

    i'm thinking more offer it in the jolly roger market on jolly roger day. 2 weeks for 15k crowns maybe. makes it more readily available but not permanent while also maintaining the element of getting rewarded for efforts to obtain it.
