    How and where do you obtain Launcher Level 1 Blueprints? It's not explained in the Forum how and where all Blueprints can be obtained?

    Currently Blueprints for Launchers can be obtained only via payment.

    There are no Level 1 Blueprints offered in any of the packages, so far.

    You could obtain these during the last Buccaneers Bounty Sale and the Winter Event market.

    Like I stated, these were available only during the Winter Event and last Buccaneers Bounty Market.

    You cannot purchase them during the Winter Thaw event, we will forward your feedback regarding Blueprints level 1.

    As there is nothing else that can be added regarding this matter I'll close this thread.
