    Still nothign sir.... i dont know whats going on,some of my clan mates have league buffs and i dont have it....i dont get it ?

    As it a system run reward, it appears that you did not meet the criteria to earn a reward. It is based across all servers and not individual servers so in some cases while it appears you qualify on your server you may not across all servers.
