level 35-45 missing

Hey as many notice we lost 10 levels on to our boats when levvl 50 open up. i just start playing again and are struggling whit the fact im missing 10 levels and seem be force do them again? write to support is like talking to wall no reply but its not our fault. so who can i talk to if not our support about issue that im missing stuff on my boat that went missing when i wasent actively playing? your support then referd me to some post here witch says level issues is fixed but hey im still level 36 and should be 45? why cant you fix this issue? when will i hav my levels back and what are you doing about it is what i want to know? i post here as i find it very annoying the support link me to some forum thread saying level issue is fixed while it isent..​
