    Wheres the quests to level up? I haven't played in years and I restarted as a level 1, but I can't figure out how to advance.

    Also is the cauldron gone?

    I'm pretty lost, they changed a lot.

    They are in the safe houses.
    Search for Seafight Quests for level 2 on google , they tell you where quests start and end.
