    After the general reset yesterday, I could not enter the game again and now I am facing the same error even though I try to re-enter. My Vanhu boxes are not opened and the materials in the black market that we opened with money and song have not been bought today, if my problem is not solved by the end of the day, who will cover my loss? Please quickly contact the developers to reset my connection and grant me access to the game again.
