Lost Connection wont let me play

I have been trying to play for 3 days now and it wont let me log on the water at all when I go to try to get on the water it has a black screen and says lost connection in red but it will let me log on other servers on the boat no problem please help

85/41928443 and im on the global america 1 server please help me get it fixed i cant play for 4 days no so please try to get it fixed as soon as possible

How long does it usually take for them to fix something like this cause it’s already been 4 days and I’ve messaged support and only got one message back that wasn’t helpful at all I’m missing out on a lot from not being able to get on my account for 4 days
