Lost connection

I try to log in since 3pm and i have the same issue as lost connection. I cleaned the history and cookies but doesnt help at all.

All players experience issue accessing the game, this has already been forwarded onto the developers and they are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

the winter event is starting in about 4 days, maybe an issue/problem already starts coz of that event ?

I totaly get the players frustration xP Just had Blackfriday where several of Bigpoint's customers have left several hundred euros after we encounter worse server uptime in 2 days than normal in a whole month. I used hg and lamp yesterday, and guess what xDDDDD After a neeeewwww restart and i belived it was safe use hg, but no no, boom new restart, 2 restart in 1 hour, lol!

 

Attack on server again?
