    I have spent in total 31500 pearls after restart, so please can you give it back or book my pyreballs please..?

    F5, re-log or clear your cache or try all of that and see if you get your ammo.

    So if it charged you and you didn't receive your ammo, try what I previously suggested.

    If you used the ammo to shoot an event ship before the restart, and the server restarted, you wouldnt not get the pearls as the event ship wasnt sunk

    If there is a log book entry stating you have it, then we are not able to issue anything to your account. You will have to speak with customer care if you want to take it further, I am sorry mate.

    I knew BP will never give back lost items to people, that's the real BP. :D
    Ok, thank you anyway, I won't waste my time to customer care team who does not do anything when you need help, I'll be fine as it is now then, than wasting time writing applications that will not be accepted...
