We will have another maintenance work with some database upgrades in the background this week. This time, there will be different time frames for different servers. Some of them will be updated this week, others next week.

Here is the plan for this week:

• Tuesday, 13th February 9:00 – 10:00AM (CET/UTC -1):
  • Instance 281 (Global Europe 3, Global Europe 4, Global Europe 5)
• Wednesday, 14th February 9:00 – 10:00AM (CET/UTC -1):
  • Instance 14 (Global Europe 1, Global Europe 2)
• Thursday, 15th February 9:00 – 10:00AM (CET/ UTC -1):
  • Instance 38 (Germany 1, Germany 2, Netherlands 1)

The downtime will be approximately 1 hour.

We have just activated the maintenance page for 38, 148 and 284 again and did a restart.

All data from round yesterday about 4 pm (local server time) until 10 am (local server time) was lost on Germany 1 (38)

So we are going to restore a backup and restore the dates.
IMPORTANT: That means all data since 10 am (local server time) until the second maintenance window are gone.

All payments which has been done in the time will be booked again.
