maneuvers question

    Hi, just double checking, when empowering a captain with a lower tier captain when using the maneuver handbook, even if the lower tier captain is like green tier, is the handbook supposed to still guarantee that the primary captain's maneuver gets rerolled? because if so, there's a problem with it, I've used around 15 in recent weeks and the maneuvers are not re-rolling.

    Is it supposed to be guaranteed or only chance?

    Ahoy ~turnip~!

    Maneuver Handbook will re-roll your captain maneuvre (100% chance) however there is a chance that you'll "score" the same one over and over again.

    There is nothing wrong with this item, everything works as intended.

    insane to think I rerolled onto the same one like 15 times in a row though, didn't even know that was possible xD

    Ahoy!

    It is possible! I had "the same problem" with my own captain, burned a total of 9 books but finally got what I wanted :D
