Hmm how come there are no quests available?

 

As information on FAQ on event its writed:

lackheart

• Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with XP, Pearls, Crowns, Safanad, Orichalkum or Yulong Coins.
• The player who inflicts the most damage will get Pearls, Upgraded Shrapnel ammunition, Cursed Souls, Beastly Blackheart Design, Bloody Ruffian Design Crystals or Dragon powder.
• The player who does the last shot receives Beastly Blackheart Design or Upgraded Shrapnel ammunition.
  • Fallback: Pearls
• The player who inflicts at least 2% damage will get Loki’s Secret Plans
  Soo my question is this not working probably i deal most dmg to like 3-4 big ships, that 100% mean i get at least 2% dmg but i got only 2 Loki's Secret Plans does its maximum to have only 1 or ?

What quest giver you got your quests from? Cause Jack doesnt have any for me :/

Please be aware that all events start on the same time LST (Local Server Time).

You can obtain the event points from the event quests as well as shipwrecks.

i cant seem to obtain the loki secret plans no matter how many event npcs i shot

You can own only 1 of Loki's Secret Plans.

Please be aware that there is only a chance to obtain such item - nothing is guaranteed.

The FAQs state this:

Quests

• Nautica:
  • There are 2 normal quests and 1 quest that resets every 12 hours.

Where are these Nautica (surface) quests? I've only seen the Atlantis quests.

 

The quest giver is down at the bottom right of the island and looks like a door (IE not a person).

 

Thank you so much! I knew the quest giver looked like a "sign" in Atlantis, but thought the roving "Jack Hawk" ship in safe haven was the "surface" quest giver. That said, he hasn't offered me any quests (at least, so far). And that seems strange, since Jack was one of the smugglers in a recent event, and is surely on the Seafight "most wanted" list! Anyway, I appreciate your help!

 

what to do with cursed souls?

 

I don't think those are from this event, I haven't earned any souls.

Your fellow pirate is correct. Cursed souls are not a part of this event.
