    Patch note said.
    • We have increased the chance to gain Cards from the Nation NPCs
    I have shot 1.2k of them and have only received 47 cards. I just finished 250 this morning to get 50 coins of effort and not 1 card so your increase not working. 28 David Wreck-ums solo and 1 card.

    As stated within the patchday notes chance to obtain rewards was increased.

    Please be aware that Lady Luck plays a major role when it comes to random rewards.
