    Hello, the packages suddenly disappeared on the new server. We didn't buy them because we thought they were permanent or would last for 1-2 weeks. Is there any way these packages could be reactivated? Could you please inform your superiors about this? A lot of friends have come. No one can receive the packages. Please help? Please inform your superiors. Thank you. It's ridiculous that they disappeared in 3-4 days. There was no time limit on the permanent chest. Is it possible for this package to be removed in 3 days on a newly opened server? We demand that it be added again.

    Ahoy Shockk!

    If a package is no longer visible at your end that mean you could have reached a certain limit (if these were starter packages) which mean at a certain point you won't see them anymore.

    There is nothing that can be done from forum side, so I will close this thread.
