Nightmare Brood - Easter Event​

The event starts at Monday, 3rd April at 12:00 noon and ends Monday, 10th April at 12:00 noon.

All times are local server times.

Nightmare Brood features the following:

• 5 NPCs (3 normal, 2 admirals)
• Puzzle with 6 pieces.
• Captain Nautica’s Domain (Mini-game)
• 12 Quests (2 of which are repeatable)
• 1 new Ship design: Eggstravaganza
• 1 new Submarine design: Yellow Eggmarine

General Info

Within this event you can find three NPCs, and two admirals.

During this event, Leathery Egg and Rocky NPCs will spawn in maps 5/1 to 50/1, and you will have to kill enough of them to spawn Grootslang.

Covert Warriors also spawn in maps 5/1 to 50/1, and you must kill enough of these to spawn Veiled Guardian.

When Grootslang is sank more Leathery Eggs will spawn, and when Veiled Guardian is sank more Rocky eggs will spawn.

Completing quests will reward you with Mysterious Gifts.

The Mysterious Gift contains a random Puzzle Piece.

If you already have the Puzzle Piece, you will receive some fallback items instead.

Collect all 6 puzzle pieces will reward a ship design, Eggstravaganza.

Only puzzle piece 3 - 6 can be found in Boxes.

The first and second piece can be earnt by completing the quests.​

NPCs

• Leathery Egg:
  • Based on the amount of damage you inflict you are rewarded with EXP and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • The player who inflicts the Most Damage earns Cursed Souls, Vanhu Reputation and a chance for either Monstrous Yolk or Ancient Emblems.
• Rocky Egg:
  • Based on the amount of damage you inflict you are rewarded with EXP and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • The player who inflicts the Most Damage earns Cursed Souls or Radiant Souls, Vanhu Reputation and Monstrous Yolk.
• Grootslang:
  • Based on the amount of damage you inflict (but at least 1%) you are rewarded with EXP, Cursed Souls, Radiant Souls, Grootslang Remains, Vanhu Reputation and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • The player who inflicts the Most Damage (but at least 1%) earns either Radiant Souls, Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • Every player who inflicts at least 1% damage has a chance to receive Grootslang Remains and/or Grootslang Skulls.
• Covert Warrior:
  • Based on the amount of damage you inflict (but at least 5%) you are rewarded with EXP, Cursed Souls and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • The player who inflicts the Most Damage earns Vanhu Reputation and a chance to receive Inexplicable Notes.
  • The player who inflicts the Last Shot (but at least 5% damage) is rewarded with Pearls and either Vanhu Reputation or an Overlord Recipe Level 1.
• Veiled Guardian:
  • Based on the amount of damage you inflict you are rewarded with EXP, Vanhu Reputation and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • The player who inflicts the Most Damage earns Inexplicable Notes and either Radiant Souls or Vanhu Reputation.
  • Every player who inflicts at least 1% damage has a small chance to receive Vanhu War Mask or Yellow Eggmarine.
  • The player who inflicts the Last Shot and does at least 1% damage has a small chance to receive a Vanhu War Mask or Bastion Cannon Recipe Level 3.
  • The player who successfully Boards the Veiled Guardian will receive either Radiant Souls or Bastion Cannon Level 3 Recipe.

Event Treasure Chests

In the Event Treasure Chests, you find many useful items, like Mojo, Bastion Lvl 4, Stone of Storms, Dragonfire Level 2 or Recklessness, among others.​

Mini Game "Captain Nautica's Domain"

Once you have collected enough Ancient Emblems you are able to access the mini game "Captain Nautica's Domain" by speaking to Anne Bunny on the Safe Haven.

Your goal here is to protect the “Lighthouse” against 50 waves of NPCs.

The game will be lost when the Lighthouse is sunk and the game will be won when all of the waves of NPCs are defeated.

On the mini game you can build and upgrade different towers and the Lighthouse by using “Letter of Creation” and “Tower Emblem” via the quest system.​

Event Ranking

We have two rankings for this event.

One event ranking, Cracking Corsair, tracks most damage on the event NPCs, and Captain Nautica’s Revenge tracks the number of waves of the mini game you have completed.​
