Support No Chatbox - no code shows either in support form either!

Despite several attempts to reset...my chat box has dissapeared.
I have tried the config menu and can move all features/aspects about my screen and reset with the exception of the Chatbox. With no response or sign!

I have restarted my computer, my internet box all to no avail.
Have cleared out my 'browser cache' and game cache as well.
When trying to message 'SUPPORT' the code you supposed to read and type in is non existent- so this is the only area to ask for support.

Help required please.

We are aware of both issues and have forwarded them to be investigated, this is the same for all players.

Once we get further updates I shall let you know.

Thanks. It would be helpful when issues of this nature arise if a notice was put on the main game page.
This would save all concerned - wasting their time trying to connect to the game properley enabling them to get on with the game and save further aggravation

 

I am having the same 2 problems, can't contact support and my chat has been gone a long time.

 

Might want to try Corporate support. Go to Bigpoint and scroll down to support and enter on Other. If you click Seafight you will get the same results as you do here. BTW this Chat window problem is old news and ongoing and the Contractor Admin cant seem to get a handle on it.

 

yeah same here. chatbox disappeared since yesterday
