    i killed about 40 NPC for now and nothing new ? give me a reason please

    Mate I'm over a 100 Hollow lords and nothing, I shot about 90 last Nite and now 11 more now and nothing, I have a feeling BP is making it very hard to get the ship, some have it but not many from what I have seen.

    Ahoy Harvestar2050!

    Lady Luck plays a major role when it come to random reward - yes... this is not a joke.

    From my personal experience I would recommend completing some event quests before making further attempts to obtain such design.

    For me it took me 32 kills on Hollow Lord to get design and only 3 on Burning so its all but luck.
