NO FENCERS?????

    Why, when the mission is to shoot 10 Fencers in order to gain a thunderbolt cannon (or two, possibly) are there absolutely ZERO Fencers on any of the maps where normally they swarm the snot out of you if you are trying to shoot some other NPC????

    Ahoy Tergrinder!

    Your fellow pirate is correct, Fencers can be spawned only from the admiral HRMA Triumph.

    Triumph can be found in maps 21/1 - 25/1. It appear after 10 HRMA Revenges has been sunk.
