Not getting rewards!!!

    Hello,
    I have not been getting rewards from event chests and npcs.
    Was getting rewards last night before there was a restart, and now that I logged on I ain't getting any.

    Also, I bought both key of forever and the temporal energy, but cannot access the new map thing.

    Is there any kind of restriction applied?

    Ahoy Wolfi3!

    The only options for "no rewards" from NPCs:

    - You are under a debuff
    - You do not own any event points
    - You do get the rewards but turned off notification display in your game options

    In order to use the Key of Forever you need to:

    - Own active Temporal Energy
    - Use the Key while being in SH

    If none of the above apply to you please provide us with your server and user ID.
