Support Not receiving the Christmas Design

    We are aware of the issue of some players not receiving the Christmas design even though they have all the pieces. It has been reported but at this time we do not have word on how they plan to address the issue.

    If you have not received the event design the please add a post to this thread including your Player ID# and server you play on. We will update you on whether they decide to run a script or if it will be booked manually.

    Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for you patience.

    Today I recieved this in my log book. 2019-12-31 12:00:21 You received 1 x Snowman Puzzle Piece. This is the last piece that i needed however when I go to claim the design I cant, it has no been added to my account either. Please resolve. User and Id in signature
