The NPC you are looking for is the Moonstruck Submarine - found mainly in Atlantis and on very rare occasions within the Surface too.

You should be able to view which NPC to hit by hovering your mouse over your "task" - as advised by your fellow pirate.

When such information do not display please go to Options and make sure to have "Tooltips" set as on.

According to my personal progress page in the event tool bar, I have shot 11 moonstruck. But the event ships meter in the overall event progress page has me at 10 of 25. Hmmm

Completion counts last kills only.

Own progress do not display kills but amount of NPCs "defeated" which in 99% of the events is counted if you do most damage on an NPC.

If you wish for the pink submarine design (unless you've got it from old events) then you can get 1 by doing the completion - full (see post #20).

Yes but too bad you didn't put gems on it as well just a blank sub skin .

 

how come i finished event completion and did not get the sub design ? i feel cheated
