    In effect, it includes the following list:

    - The selling/trading of player accounts is not allowed.

    - The sharing of player accounts is not allowed.

    - It is illegal to use third-party programs on this game.

    How are you folks going to enforce these things (generally speaking)? I am pretty sure you don't track ISPs. I know for a fact you don't catch (at the very least) some players violating this agreement, because I personally reported one player for several years, before he received a debuff. (And by the way, he is still playing). So, it is nice to see these things in a written statement, but it appears you have no way to blanketly enforce these "terms and conditions". Or is there suddenly a renewed commitment on the part of Bigpoint to try to enforce these restrictions better? This is a serious question, and we (the players) deserve an honest answer. I would appreciate getting a thorough reply back, and not an evasive answer, followed by the quick stamp of "Closed".
