    Don't you think the new features coming to the overlord are not very unstable, the duration is almost like flame ball 6, the times can't go under 1.5 seconds anyway, I think the times need to be balanced a bit 6 bastion 5900 refill time 6 flame 5400 refill time I think the overlord ball should have a value between them so unranked overlord should start at 5800 refill time and decrease 6 level overlords should have 5500 refill time
