    Why does the latest low level package contain no cannons?
    Most players have to pay full price and subsidise the 'turkish prices' so can only afford the low package, which isn't worth buying as it has no cannons.
    So players who use vpn's etc to pay 'turkish prices' can maximise their ships, while normal players continue to 'fall behind'.
    Answer to this problem is one server = one price!
