Payment section not canceling automatic payments.

    Have tried to contact the payment section as to ask why and can not complete form. Payment information was deleted but bigpoint is still charging account.

    Please again contact our Payment section (If unable to contact normal Support and they will forward to the payment team.) and include screen shots or scans of bank information showing that the charges are still being made.

    We are unable to deal with payment issues on the forum.
