    Hello,
    So i have problem with recieving credit from "event packedge" which i have proof of payment at my bank account. No payment confirmation from BigPoint or either from PayPay (motod of which I have selected). Did the payment through Fast pay widndow on seachart (NEVER AGAIN). SENDED ticket for Payment support but there is no window for what i need because EITHER OF PAYPAL AND BIGPOINT won't see my payment because i have no confirmation. AND you know what? i have sollution BUT SOMEONE not bot ar automated service need to hear me out not sending me link for Payment support again. YOU NEED TO LOOK MANUALLY THROUGHOUT PAYMENT AND THERE WILL BE ONE MORE THAN THERE ARE ACCOUTED because there was no confirmation. Time of payment around 07:07 am Global America 1 server time 7th of June 2021. Won't send proof here, to much confidental.
