Pirate Ranks

I did my best to search the forum before asking this question. I understand how each players rank points are determined by the ep, elp ,bp ,lvl , and league. But can someone provide the information on how many players can be in each rank positions?

(Ex) I'm assuming the highest rank "Ruler of the Seven Seas" is only obtainable by one player on each server.
But how many pirate kings, prince of pirates, and baron of the seas are available for each server?

If you could dig up that info I would appreciate it,

Rank 1 Landlubber - 20 % players can own this rank.
Rank 2 Water Dog - 12.39 % players can own this rank.
Rank 3 Swab - 10 % players can own this rank.
Rank 4 Cabin Boy - 9 % players can own this rank.
Rank 5 Sail Patcher - 8 % players can own this rank.
Rank 6 Cannon Loader - 7 % players can own this rank.
Rank 7 Fore Topman - 6 % players can own this rank.
Rank 8 Boatswain - 5 % players can own this rank.
Rank 9 Helmsman - 4.5 % players can own this rank.
Rank 10 Navigator - 4 % players can own this rank.
Rank 11 Sailor - 3.5 % players can own this rank.
Rank 12 Rookie Pirate - 3 % players can own this rank.
Rank 13 Coastal Raider - 2.5 % players can own this rank.
Rank 14 Corsair - 2 % players can own this rank.
Rank 15 Swashbuckler - 1.5 % players can own this rank.
Rank 16 Buccaneer - 1 % players can own this rank.
Rank 17 Baron of the Seas - 0.5 % players can own this rank.
Rank 18 Prince of Pirates - 0.1 % players can own this rank.
Rank 19 Pirate King - 0.01 % players can own this rank.
Rank 20 Ruler of the Seven Seas - Only 1 player can own this rank.

*KRUCHY* - I don't think that link is correct anymore. I am "Corsair rank" and my emblem is silver (which is not the color that the link shows). I too would like to know the current correct list. P.S. I also do know that - since the Server Merge - I have seen multiple boats (not one) with the "Ruler of the Seven Seas" emblem.

 

Here is the link that goes to our Bible with what we have now. Know that we are in the process of a major update to the Seafight Bible. With all the new items and gems and levels we have been hard pressed to keep up. With the new year comes a renewed effort on our part to get caught up.

In reguards to this each server has its own rank system, that is why there are multiple Ruler of the Seven Seas.
