    if your server has 20k player's at pantheon

    20000*20%=4000 players Landlubber
    20000*12.39%=2478 Water Dog
    20000*10%=2000 Swab
    20000*9%=1800 Cabin Boy
    20000*8%=1600 Sail Patcher
    20000*7%=1400 Cannon Loader
    20000*6%=1200 Fore Topman
    20000*5%=1000 Boatswain
    20000*4.5%=900 Helmsman
    20000*4%=800 Navigator
    20000*3.5%=700 Sailor
    20000*3%=600 Rookie Pirate
    20000*2.5%=500 Coastal Raider
    20000*2%=400 Corsair
    20000*1.5%=300 Swashbuckler
    20000*1%=200 Buccaneer
    20000*0.5%=100 Baron of the Seas
    20000*0.1%=20 Prince of Pirates
    20000*0.01%=2 Pirate King
    Ruler of the Seven Seas - Only 1 player



    mega server's play 3 diferent server together and you see there 3 player's have Ruler of the Seven Seas so it's normal
