pirate test 22-23 missing?

    hi,

    trying to take the test (wanted: revenge) to level up to 23. in the forum it says i need to start the test with oswald murray in SH19. i have met the requirements to take the test which is only exp amount (87.5 mil, i have 810 mil) and complete the previous quest (vindication, which i did), yet the test does not show as available for the last 3 days now. all he has available is the daily quest "of great renown". am i missing something? thanks

    the pirate test can be found within the quest menu (as shown in picture below):

    Quest display issue has already been forwarded onto the developers.

    Note: When inquiring about any future issues always remember to include your server and user ID.
