Pirate test 22-23 unavailable

    Hi,

    i posted the other day about the pirate test 23 not being available from oswald murray in SH19. i was able to start it using the quests tab though thanks to Rymar's help. I have now completed the requirements to advance but the quest is still not available from oswald in SH19, and im not able to redeem the rewards from the quest tab either. please look into this. my server is USA West (146) and ship id is 146/34202164. thanks

    Hello,

    please sail to the quest-giver Oswald Murray and move your ship as close as you can to him.

    That will trigger the "delivery" part of the quest/test and once that part will be done you shall be
    able to redeem your pirate test.
