    Hello,

    in order for your pirate test to appear you will have to finish (manually - not by captain) the daily quest "Earthbound".

    Once that's done the pirate test "The Four Elements" shall appear at quest giver Yang Jin in 34/1.

    Oh but the quest is greyed out and i can not accept iT to finish it

    Check your captains, you have sent one of them to complete that quest for you and that's the reason why it displays in 'grey'.
