Pirate test problem

I'm having problems with my pirate test. I'm lvl8 trying to get to lvl9. I've killed all the monsters but when I kill the ratpacks the count doesn't go down and I cant finish the test. What can be done to fix this?

 

u need to leave ur server and user id for bp to help u m8

 

We have had reports of this. If you can provide a screenshot of your progress we may be able to manually move you up.

This has now been resolved for you. However while this problem persists I would advise that you attempt no further tests as this may not be able to be done again.
