    I'm trying to level up from 28-29, I'm doing my daily quests for skulls but nothing shows up as collected when I check the test. I haven't done the damage on the revenge 2 yet, shall I do that first?

    I believe they only show up as collected when you 'deliver' them to the questgiver, you can deliver the skulls by placing your ship next to the questgiver.
