    May seem like a silly question, I have a quest to board 2 ships but I don't have any pirates other than a boarding officer I know I can get some from boarding certain NPC's but how do I get some to start with ?

    apologies its been years since I last played.

    They can be purchased for either gold or pearls from the the In-game market on the seachart.
