    I found the FAQ that describes the waves, but how do we gain entry to this map? I know it's not active yet, but once it is we will need to know how.

    This is a new bonus map which will be found under your cauldron menu (like other bonus maps) once you managed to obtain one, at this moment there is no further information on how this specific map can be obtained.
