    i am level 11. Want to do to 12. I can't find any quest. Also i have accepted a quest to kill 12 dragons and go to Nikolaos. Where is he?

    Ahoy Ψαρας(GR)!

    Your fellow pirate is correct.

    You can start the quest line for level 11 -> 12 at the quest-giver Sigurd Lundgren (located within SH-11).
