    Logged on to find my quest was gone with all the hit points I have accumulated. Also the monthly log on bonus did not come up.

    Could you please provide us with the name of the quest you have problem with?

    Please be aware if the quest mentioned by you is one of the daily quests then there is nothing we can do about it, as the dailys (like the name suggest) resets every 24 hours.

    If your login bonus did not open automatically you can access it by going to Event (star icon) -> Monthly Login Bonus
