Question about Intenium Platinum Design

Hello, didn't know where else to put this question,, seen quite a few around the map which prompted me to google if there was a sale but i found very little info.
Was this design for sale or in glitters at one point and can we expect it again at some point in the future if so?

The addon CD I remember, that's why I was so confused, seems allot newer players got hold of one, the buccaneer bounty market offer explains it!

*EDIT* How do I put in a vote for the design? I see someone put it up to a vote 2 years ago, but it wasnt in the shop since, so I guess a new vote is needed?

1. Open discord
2. Join our official Seafight Server
3. Take a look at #design_wishlist room
4. Find the design you were looking for and press the "Like" button (thumb up)

That's all you have to do, then over time there's a chance that the ship design you voted for will make it into the game in any form (payment, bucc market, event market, event loot etc.)
