Task:

Defeat 3 Iron Bull or Glowing Phoenix
Kill 6 Ruby Seriyu or Crimson Quilin​

Iron Bull can be found in the maps 39/1 and 40/1
Glowing Phoenix can be found in the maps 39/1 and 40/1
Ruby Seriyu can be found in the maps 32/1, 33/2, 37/1 and 38/2
Crimson Quilin can be found in the maps 31/1, 35/1, 36/2 and 40/1​

Description:

A curious development has arisen Captain. The Fenghuang aren’t known for their mercy, but recently they have been interrogating Commonwealth Engineers and letting them go in exchange for their allegiance. Perhaps it’s time we barred their path.​

The Fenghuang have wizened to our game. Perhaps we were too overt, but no matter. They’ve begun to construct their own submersible to rival ours and the Commonwealth’s, but it is far from complete. They hide the parts aboard many of their vessels. Make sure they are never assembled.​
