Hello this morning my rank was highter than its it now... i check whats going on and see login sessions restarted while i log in on map and even play everyday .. i think its some sort of bug or what it is ? Even points this morning at rank my points was over 100m, now i get 6.8m points fix this.

By "login session" I do assume you are referring to the Login Streak.

If that's the case then please be aware that each and every player must log out / in (fully) from both the home page and sea chart at least once with the 24 hours.

If you fail to meet one of these conditions (even by 1 second) your login streak will drop down to 1 - you'll have to regain it by login at least once per day on your account.

To put it into an example, if you login on 03.06 at 11:50 pm and play until 04.06 01:10 am then your gameplay through early 04.06 won't count - you'll have to login onto your home page and sea chart at least once more before 04.06 ends.

Our login streak system works as intended, I personally never experienced any issues with it on all of my accounts.

I never leave both or home page on while not playing only for a break of some minutes... as i know you can check my logbook and see when i was playing last 2-3 days, soo this morning i was on +100m points for rank, and now when i writed this thread i was down to 6.8m points and this happed after reset of rift i think, i was logged out of map and home page too .... can you do some hard check or more intense check to see whats going on .. i know i have to log in everyday even if i dont play just to get in map.

Sorry but logbook is not a proof in this case as you could never log from homepage (for example).

Now that you mention rift are you aware that every Tuesday rift multiplier is also changed from 30 (or the amount of waves you did) to 0 right? In order to regain this multiplier you'll have to redo your rift.

I provided you with as much assistance as possible within the forum, if you wish for your account to be reviewed further you'll have to contact Support as they have access to much more data than I do.
