Regain vitality

So in order to send captain away to do something you need vitality but when you've used up your vitality for a certain captain how do you regain the vitality? Does it recover after a few hours?

 

Nevermind, saw that you regain it after 2 hours and 30 mins. Would be good if you included that in your Leageu of captain FAQ which I'm pretty sure is not there (my bad if it is)

How long the Vitality takes to regain depends on how much Vitality is missing, and I believe (although not confirmed at this point), the level of your Captain.

You can see exactly how long it takes for your Vitality to regain by hovering your mouse over the Captains Vitality amount, a tooltip will then display informing you.

Ahoy,

I have just done some testing, and I can now pretty confidently confirm Vitality regains 1% of your Total Vitality every 4 minutes, with 100% Vitality regaining after a maximum of 400 minutes (6 hours 40 mins).

I have added this information to the League of Captains FAQ in the Captains post under the "Stats" heading in bright purple/pink writing.
