    Bawdyn Commander of the Forum

    Go to the SH for ROK using the Ragnas Rock in your Misc menu (near the Guildstone). Then go to the Chatterbox quest giver (middle one on the island to the right of the Judgment Orb) and pick Radical Offer II. This exchanges 1M Explosive ammo for 100k Lava ammo. Assuming you have lots of Explosives, this gets you Lava easily. There is also one that exchanges Bloodfyres for 50k Lava, but I don't have that many Bloodfyres so I don't do that one.
