    The issue with Winter Wonderland quest (1837) should now be resolved.

    The event reputation is needed only for certain quests.

    yes quest 1837 is now working correctly but quest 1839 "Frozen Throne" is broken (so 2 quests after this quest 1837)

    This issue should now be resolved.

    You will have to jump into the group map "Winter Wonderland" to face the Ice Queen.
