    How do we obtain Level 1, 2, and 3 rift cannons? Thank you.

    Update: I found the answer. You can upgrade them via the "crafting workshop"!

    Ahoy Dream~Crusher!

    Rift Cannons Level 1+ can be crafted within the Crafting section - as you already noticed.

    You can also obtain some from the event quests (previous event) or season (higher tier rewards).
