Rift Quest Issue

Can't complete the last Enigma Quest. I have boarded 4 HRMS surprises according to my logbook but the quest says I have boarded 0/2??? Quest giver will not let me redeem reward?

Sometimes a quest will need to be restarted. I know you do not want to start over but that may allow you to finish it. If it does not, please post in this thread again.

Having reviewed your account, we can see that you attempted to board the HRMS Surprise multiple times. However, you did not have the required amount of Boarding Value to board this NPC successfully.

To board the HRMS Surpirse, you need to have at least 15,000 Boarding Value, on these attempts you only had 13690.592 Boarding Value. Therefore, you were unsuccessful in your boarding attempts.

Only successful boarding attempts will count towards your quest, any unsuccessful attempts, such as these ones, will not count.
