    My quest giver is not giving me the quest to do the quest.. i logged in and out 2 times now! it saying he has no quest to give at this time

    The Rift creature is mad at you because you (we) have been talking badly about him. :) (I'm sorry Nimitz, I just couldn't resist)! P.S. Be sure you have Rift emblems to enter the Map, mate.

    Im at the right quest giver GA3 1353/42399202.......

    Well mate ill keep talking bad about him lol.....:):D

    I dont have any.. i was trying to do the quest to get some and the giver says he has nothing to offer......gotta love BP lol

    The Arbiter has 3 missions per day ("A Storm in the Ocean"; "A New Conquest"; "The Last Secret") that give you one Rift emblem for each mission. Go to the Safe Haven diagonally down from Map 30-1. (But Ah - my pirate buddy -PUSAT-...trying to sneak a free trip into the Rift Map, was yee)? :D:D:D
