    I cleared my browser cache, refreshed, logged in and out using both the browser and the downloadable client, yet Nadim Latif and Princess Zahra are invisible.

    I've sent a similar request to support, and the answer was that not all quest givers are visible and you need to be with your ship close to the quest giver you seek.
